RIDACOM Ltd. Privacy Policy for protection of personal information
1) All the personal data you provide to RIDACOM Ltd. is stored and processed only and solely for the purposes of the products and services provided by RIDACOM Ltd., in full compliance with the all the law requirements, applicable regulations and Regulation 2016/679 of the EP (GDPR).
In this regard, RIDACOM Ltd. undertakes the following:
* To create, maintain and archive all information related to our business relationships and the complete document flow between RIDACOM Ltd. and the user in paper form or in electronic form;
* Keep an archive in a format that allows to be re-created and recovered;
* Keep the archive for the duration of the legal term.

* The legal Authority (Commission for Personal Data Protection) requires control check-ups;
* Control check-ups of external and internal auditors to prove full compliance with the standards, laws, regulations, directives and other regulatory requirements explicitly required for the implementation of RIDACOM Ltd. business processes;
* Provision of governmental institutions when legally and explicitly obliged.
3) You have the right to request RIDACOM Ltd. to correct or restrict the processing of your personal data or to object against of the processing of such data.
4) You have the right to request RIDACOM Ltd. to delete your personal data without undue delay and this will be done by RIDACOM Ltd if GDPR conditions apply.
5) You have the right to receive your personal data in an appropriate order and upon request, as specified in point 9 below.
6) You have the right of portability for your personal data, if applicable according to GDPR.
7) You have the right to be informed for any corrections, deletions or restrictions on the way of processing your personal data initiated by RIDACOM Ltd. if you explicitly request this.
8) You have the right to file a complaint to the Regulation Authority - the Commission for Personal Data Protection, regarding your personal data that you have provided to RIDACOM Ltd.
