Anti-Salmonella group E is group specific reagent used to determine the serogroup of Salmonella spp.
- Method: Slide agglutination. If the isolated strain has Salmonella antigen, within the range of the testing reagent, antigen-antibody reaction results in a visible agglutination. A negative result is reported in the absence of agglutination.
- Range: Salmonellae strains from O:3, 10; O:3, 15; O:3, 15, 34 (E1) и O:3, 13, 19 (E4)
- Composition: A mixture of monoclonal antibodies derived from the supernatant of the culture medium of hybridoma cell lines secreting antibodies against the group specific Salmonella O-antigen.
- Preservative: Sodium Azide (NaN3) 0.9mg/ml
