For use in establishing the existence and determining the quantity of specific agglutinating Salmonella antibodies (or agglutinins) in human sera or sera of other origin in the Widal reaction. The test can be performed in test tubes or on a microtitre plate. The test can be performed in test tubes only. The test antigens must be diluted 1:10 in PBS.
