    Anti-Coli O 147:K 89 monospecific

    Description:

Anti-Coli O 147:K 89 is a monospecific test reagent for the serological detection and serovar determination of E.coli strains from isolates from pigs. First carry out a screening agglutination with the polyspecific test serum Anti-Coli P. If the reaction with the polyspecific test serum is positive, the isolate must then be typed with the monospecific test sera.

    • Method: Slide agglutination and Widal reaction. If the isolated strain has E.coli antigen, within the range of the testing reagent, antigen-antibody reaction results in a visible agglutination. A negative result is reported in the absence of agglutination.
    • Range: Е.coli O 147:K 89
    • Composition: A mixture of monoclonal antibodies derived from the supernatant of the culture medium of hybridoma cell lines secreting antibodies against the group specific E.coli antigen.
    • Preservative: Sodium Azide (NaN3) 0.9mg/ml
