The FFPE Tissue RNA Extraction Reagent Kit provides a rapid and fully automated solution for nucleic acid extraction. TANBead nucleic acid extraction systems, based on nano-magnetic bead technology and combined with the patented Whirl-Stirring technology, enable the automated extraction of RNA from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues.
During the extraction process, traditional toxic organic solvents such as xylene are not required. This allows downstream applications, including RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, companion diagnostics, or next-generation sequencing (NGS), to be performed without the need of multiple organic solvent wash steps.
The kit can also be applied in cancer research and diagnostics, medication adjustment and other application. This reagent kit product is intended for medical diagnosis or scientific research.
