SureFast® Yersinia enterocolitica PLUS is a real-time PCR kit for the direct, qualitative detection of DNA sequences of the Yersinia enterocolitica virulence-associated gene ail.
The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of two fluorescence emissions at 510 nm and 580 nm (FAM and VIC/HEX) at the same time.
For DNA-preparation the use of SureFast® PREP Bacteria is recommended.
