LymhoPrime is a ready-to-use liquid culture medium designed for culturing human peripheral blood lymphocytes, providing excellent quality cells and characteristics for subsequent chromosome analysis.
Component composition and characteristics
LymphoPrime consists of RPMI 1640 basal medium supplemented with L-Glutamine, fetal bovine serum, antibiotic and phytohemagglutinin (PHA-M) at a concentration that ensures optimal lymphocyte stimulation and proliferation.
LymphoPrime is a ready-to-use environment and does not require the addition of additional supplements.
Shelf life and stability
LymphoPrime has a shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture when stored at ≤-15°C. Once opened, the product retains its stability for 10 days when stored from +2°C to +8°C.
