LymhoPrime 2 is a ready-to-use liquid culture medium designed for culturing human peripheral blood lymphocytes, providing excellent quality cells and characteristics for subsequent chromosome analysis.
Component composition and characteristics
LymphoPrime 2 consists of basal medium supplemented with L-Glutamine, fetal bovine serum, antibiotic (penicilin/ streptomycin) and phytohemagglutinin (PHA-M) at a concentration that ensures optimal lymphocyte stimulation and proliferation.
LymphoPrime 2 is a ready-to-use environment and does not require the addition of additional supplements.
Shelf life and stability
LymphoPrime 2 has a shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture when stored at ≤-15°C. Once opened, the product retains its stability for 10 days when stored from +2°C to +8°C.
