    Autumn Scientific and Practical Conference for General Practitioners, 24 October 2026, MU – Plovdiv

    24.10.2026

    On 24 October 2026, the Autumn Scientific and Practical Conference of General Practitioners will be held at the Auditorium Complex of the Medical University of Plovdiv, where specialists and representatives of professional organisations will discuss current topics and practical approaches in patient care. The event will provide an opportunity to exchange professional experience, hold discussions with the speakers and learn about diagnostic and therapeutic approaches applicable in everyday practice.

    As a reliable partner in the field of innovative diagnostic solutions, RIDACOM will present technologies for the point-of-care determination of key laboratory parameters, tailored to the needs of the general practitioner.

    What would change if you had key laboratory results before the end of the consultation? When information arrives on time, it helps you determine the next step with greater confidence.

    Comprehensive diagnostics close to the patient

    We offer tests for haematological, biochemical and immunoanalytical parameters, as well as for the detection of infectious pathogens.

    Ozelle EHBT-50 – the mini-laboratory of the future

    In the dynamic practice of the general practitioner – from prevention and paediatric consultations to the care of elderly patients with chronic diseases – every clinical case raises different diagnostic questions. Ozelle EHBT-50 combines haematology, biochemistry and immunology in one compact device to provide fast and accurate laboratory information when it is most needed.

    • Haematology (7-Diff CBM) – rapid orientation in inflammatory status and differentiation of infections.
    • Immunology (CRP, HbA1c, SAA, IL-6, PCT, thyroid and cardiac markers) – precise assessment of the inflammatory response and endocrine status.
    • Biochemistry (renal and hepatic function, lipid profile and blood glucose) – for comprehensive monitoring of patients with metabolic and chronic diseases.

    Benefits for your practice:

    • Speed and convenience – ready-to-use test cassettes requiring no prior preparation, throughput of 10 samples per hour and a small sample volume (30–100 µL).
    • Capillary blood – 30 µL from a fingertip is sufficient, which is gentle for children and elderly patients.
    • AI-driven morphological analysis and real-time quality control.

    With Ozelle EHBT-50 you narrow the differential diagnosis and make the right clinical decision during the consultation.

    Novatrend Plus AFR-600 – greater clarity in unclear clinical presentations

    From paediatric care to the follow-up of elderly patients, the compact dry-type fluorescence immunoassay analyser provides quantitative and qualitative tests with objective result reading. The system uses test cassettes and europium-based fluorescence technology. Depending on the test, results are ready in 3–15 minutes, and reading the inserted cassette takes under 20 seconds.

    The analyser supports the assessment of:

    • inflammation – via CRP, PCT and IL-6;
    • cardiac injury – via cTnI and CK-MB;
    • heart failure – via NT-proBNP;
    • diabetes control – via HbA1c;
    • thyroid function – via TSH, FT3 and FT4.

    Rapid tests – a timely answer in everyday practice

    When a specific infection is suspected, rapid tests provide a result within minutes – valuable support when choosing the next therapeutic step. Visual reading allows the result to be interpreted directly at the patient's side. It is thus incorporated into clinical judgement and therapeutic decision-making within the consultation.

    We will introduce you to our range of highly sensitive combined tests for the parallel detection of 3 to 13 respiratory pathogens – from the compact V3 Respiratory Panel to the extended VBM13 Respiratory 13 Pathogen. They provide an immediate and comprehensive picture of viral and bacterial causative agents and help address the main challenges in everyday practice.

    • VBM13 Respiratory 13 Pathogen: detects 13 key viral and bacterial pathogens from a single sample – for guidance in overlapping symptoms.
    • Beright Bordetella pertussis: a highly specific targeted test for the early detection of whooping cough – critical for timely treatment in infants and young children.
    • CRP/MxA Combo: tests two biomarkers in parallel and thus distinguishes viral from bacterial infection – supporting an informed decision and avoiding unnecessary antibiotics.
    • OSOM® Strep A: rapid confirmation of group A streptococci in acute sore throat and guidance towards appropriate therapy.
    • Capilia Flu Neo: rapid immunochromatographic test for the detection and differentiation of influenza A and B virus antigens with visual reading of the result in 3–5 minutes.
    • NADAL Mononucleosis: reliable detection of heterophile antibodies, confirming infectious mononucleosis in adolescents with fever and lymphadenopathy.

    Gastroenterological diagnostics

    • Calprotectin Semi-quantitative: semi-quantitative determination of faecal calprotectin for early orientation when inflammatory bowel disease is suspected and guidance on whether a gastroenterological consultation is needed.
    • NADAL C. difficile GDH: effective primary screening for prolonged or worsening diarrhoea after antibiotic treatment (in children over 2 years), directing to subsequent toxin detection.

    Rapid check after a tick bite

    • Rapid test for Borrelia antigens in ticks Fassisi® BoTick: rapid test for the direct detection of Borrelia antigens (B. garinii, B. afzelii, B. burgdorferi s.s., B. spielmanii) in a tick (≤8 mm) – for immediate assessment of exposure risk and timely consideration of antibiotic prophylaxis.

    We look forward to welcoming you at the RIDACOM area! Come and learn about our solutions and discuss how they can support your everyday practice – from the care of the youngest patients to the follow-up of older patients.
